1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4420
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4420 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Fair Practices in Contracting Task Force
5 Act is amended by changing Sections 10 and 15 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 5080/10)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 2, 2019)
8     Sec. 10. Meetings.
9     (a) The Task Force shall hold its first meeting by March 1,
10 2016.
11     (b) The Department of Central Management Services shall
12 assist the Task Force and provide administrative support~~, but~~
13 ~~shall have no hand in guiding its direction or ascertaining its~~
14 ~~results~~.
15     (c) The Task Force shall meet quarterly and report its
16 findings to the General Assembly and the appropriate

1 committees.
2     (d) The Task Force shall submit its final report to the
3 General Assembly and the Governor no later than December 31,
4 2019 ~~2017~~.
5     (e) The reports to the General Assembly required under this
6 Section shall be filed with the Clerk of the House of
7 Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate in electronic
8 form only, in the manner that the Clerk and the Secretary shall
9 direct.

13     Sec. 15. Repeal date. This Act is repealed on January 2,

16     Section 10. The Protection of Individuals with
17 Disabilities in the Criminal Justice System Task Force Act is
18 amended by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:

21     Sec. 20. Report. The Task Force shall submit a report with
22 its findings and recommendations to the Governor, the Attorney
23 General, and to the General Assembly on or before March 31,

1 2019 ~~2018~~. The report to the General Assembly shall be filed
2 with the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the
3 Secretary of the Senate in electronic form only, in the manner
