AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3400, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 1, lines 5, 11, and 16, after "customer" each time it appears, by inserting "or if the customer was notified that there is an unpaid amount"; and

on page 2, lines 5 and 10, after "customer" each time it appears, by inserting "or if the customer was notified that there is an unpaid amount".
