    Repeals the David A. Wirsing Food Animal Institute Act. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (20 ILCS 3931/Act rep.)
5     Section 5. The David A. Wirsing Food Animal Institute Act
6 is repealed.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
