| 9 | | cooperation with the Department of Public Health shall identify |
| 10 | | and track geographical areas in this State that are food |
| 11 | | deserts. The Department shall notify respective municipal |
| 12 | | governmental bodies identified as food deserts and provide an |
| 13 | | annual report to the General Assembly detailing the locations |
| 14 | | of food deserts within the State and an analysis of health |
| 15 | | impacts on populations in the State. For the purposes of this |
| 16 | | Section, "food desert" means a location vapid of fresh fruit, |
