| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Wayne M. Kimbel of East Moline, who | 4 | | passed away on May 17, 2016; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Kimbel was born on January 2, 1940 in Rock | 6 | | Island; his parents were John Robert and Eva Hedstrom Kimbel; | 7 | | he married Virginia "Gini" Holdener on September 28, 1968 in | 8 | | San Francisco, California; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Kimbel was a veteran, having proudly served | 10 | | in the United States Army; and | 11 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Kimbel worked as a systems analyst for | 12 | | Fireman's Fund Insurance in San Francisco; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Kimbel loved boating and was a boating | 14 | | enthusiast; while living in the San Francisco Bay Area, a lot | 15 | | of his time was spent boating with friends and family in the | 16 | | California Delta; in his later years, he loved living on the | 17 | | Mississippi River and most especially his river view; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Kimbel was preceded in death by his parents; | 19 | | his brothers and sisters-in-law, Dale and Eileen Kimbel and Don | 20 | | and Toni Kimbel; and his sister and brother-in-law, Loretta |

| 2 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Kimbel is survived by his loving wife, Gini; | 3 | | his sister, Shirley (James) Bush; his brother, Jack (Marlene) | 4 | | Kimbel; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; | 5 | | and his brother-in-law, Herman Holdener; therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | 8 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Wayne M. Kimbel; and | 9 | | be it further
| 10 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 11 | | presented to the family of Wayne Kimbel as an expression of our | 12 | | sympathy.
