1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3337
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3337 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
5 Section 19-60 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 200/19-60)
7     Sec. 19-60. Bond as security for taxes collected. The~~The~~
8 bond of every county or township collector shall be held to be
9 security for the payment by the collector to the county
10 treasurer and the taxing districts and proper authorities, of
11 all taxes, special assessments which are collected or received
12 on their behalf, and of all penalties which are recovered
13 against him.
