1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3336
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3336 on page 8,
3 line 6, by deleting "or"; and

4 on page 8, line 8, by replacing "." with "; or"; and

5 on page 8, immediately below line 8, by inserting the
6 following:

7         "(5) attorneys from the Office of the Illinois Attorney
8     General representing the Department in litigation in
9     response to specific disciplinary action the Department
10     has taken or initiated against a specific individual
11     pursuant to this Section.".
