1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3112
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3112 on page 10, by
3 replacing lines 13 through 19 with the following:

4         "(e-10) Law enforcement records of other persons
5     requested by a person committed to the Department of
6     Corrections or a county jail, including, but not limited
7     to, arrest and booking records, mug shots, and crime scene
8     photographs, except as these records may be relevant to the
9     requester's current or potential case or claim."; and

10 on page 19, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with "law
11 enforcement agency that relate to a criminal case pending at
12 the trial level.".
