1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2950
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2950 on page 6,
3 line 11, by inserting after "under" the following "subsection
4 (a) of"; and

5 on page 6, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the following:
6 "regulation. For purposes of the 35-day appeal period of
7 subsection (a) of Section 41, a person is deemed to have been
8 served with the Board's final order on the date on which the
9 rule or regulation becomes effective pursuant to the Illinois
10 Administrative Procedure Act.".
