2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2757 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with "shall not be subject to
4 regulation as a sludge or other waste if all of the following";
5 and

6 on page 4, line 4, after "Agency", by inserting "to regulate
7 exceptional quality biosolids".
