1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2504
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2504, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:

5     "Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
6 changing Sections 4.27 and 4.37 as follows:

7     (5 ILCS 80/4.27)
8     Sec. 4.27. Acts repealed on January 1, 2017. The following
9 are repealed on January 1, 2017:
10     The Illinois Optometric Practice Act of 1987.
11     ~~The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act.~~
12     Articles II, III, IV, V, VI, VIIA, VIIB, VIIC, XVII, XXXI,
13 XXXI 1/4, and XXXI 3/4 of the Illinois Insurance Code.

1     Sec. 4.37. Acts repealed on January 1, 2027. The following
2 Acts are ~~Act is~~ repealed on January 1, 2027:
3     The Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act.
4     The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act.

6     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
