1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1866
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1866 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:

4         ""Debt collection activities" does not include billing
5     insurance or other government programs, routine inquiries
6     about coverage by private insurance or government
7     programs, or routine billing that indicates that the amount
8     is not due pending resolution of the crime victim
9     compensation claim.".
