AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1549

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1549 on page 1, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:

"Children's Checkoff. For taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2015, the Department shall print on its standard individual"; and

on page 1, line 10, by replacing "from" with "form"; and

on page 2, line 3, by replacing "an" with "and".
