2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1262 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 15, after the period by inserting "This Section
4 shall not apply to any paid television programming, whether
5 transmitted by wire, cable, fiber optics, laser, microwave,
6 radio, satellite, or by similar means.".
