1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 303
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 303 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Video Gaming Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:

6     (230 ILCS 40/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Video Gaming Act. Any references in this Article to "this Act"
9 mean this Article.
