1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE RESOLUTION 892
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 892 on page 1,
3 line 19, by replacing "Supporting Aged Out Foster Care
4 Children" with "Success by 25"; and

5     on page 2, immediately below line 8, by inserting the
6 following:

7     "RESOLVED, That the primary focus of the Task Force is to
8 identify programs that may be beneficial to wards between the
9 ages of 18 and 21 and the secondary focus is to examine new
10 programs and laws for those aged out foster care children
11 between the ages of 21 and 25 to ensure their continued success
12 for independent living; and be it further"; and

13     on page 2, line 21, by replacing "Governor" with "Director
14 of Children and Family Services; one representative from the
15 Office of the Cook County Public Guardian, appointed by the
