1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4658
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4658 on page 11,
3 line 9, after "Commission", by inserting the following:

4 ", before a comparable department or body established by a
5 county, municipality, or township pursuant to an ordinance
6 prohibiting discrimination and established for the purpose of
7 investigating and adjudicating charges or complaints of
8 discrimination under the ordinance, or before a federal agency
9 or commission that administers and enforces federal
10 anti-discrimination laws and investigates and adjudicates
11 charges or complaints of discrimination under such laws"; and

12 on page 13, line 15, by changing "subsection (d) ~~Section (b)~~"
13 to "subsection ~~Section~~ (b)".
