AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4434 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4434 on page 2, by 
3replacing line 22 with the following:


4"of (1) the rate that, when it is extended upon the equalized 
5assessed value of all taxable property in the
municipality, 
6will produce an amount equal to the amount levied for that fund
