1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3988
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3988 on page 5, line
3 20, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "If the court determines that the person convicted of
5 disorderly conduct under paragraph (4) or (6) of subsection (a)
6 is indigent, the provisions of this subsection (e) do not
7 apply.".
