1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3556
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3556 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 9 and 10 with "(8.5) Utilize up to 1% of the
4 revenue from a business district retailers' occupation tax and
5 service occupation tax imposed under paragraph (10) and a hotel
6 operators' occupation tax under paragraph (11) of Section
7 11-74.3-3 in connection with one"; and

8 on page 9, by deleting lines 18 through 20.
