AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3512

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3512 on page 3, by replacing lines 13 through 19 with the following:

"(10) "Income-withholding order" means an order or other legal process directed to an obligor's employer or other debtor, as defined by the Income Withholding for Support Act Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act, the Non-Support of Spouse and Children Act, the Non-Support Punishment Act the Illinois Public Aid Code, and the Illinois Parentage Act of 1984, to withhold support from the income of the obligor."; and

on page 5, line 20, after "record", by inserting "or file"; and

on page 12, line 23, by changing "support" to "child-support support"; and

on page 25, line 4, by changing "two" to "five"; and

on page 25, line 9, by changing "two" to "five"; and

on page 41, line 2, by changing "by a tribunal in of another state" to "in by a tribunal of another state".
