1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3323
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3323 as follows:

3 on page 4, immediately below line 6, by inserting the
4 following:
5     "The requirements of this Section do not apply to an
6 individual licensed under the Professional Engineering
7 Practice Act of 1989 or the Structural Engineering Act of
8 1989."; and

9 on page 7, immediately below line 4, by inserting the
10 following:
11     "The requirements of this Section do not apply to an
12 individual licensed under the Professional Engineering
13 Practice Act of 1989 or the Structural Engineering Act of
14 1989.".
