2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 940, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 4, on page 44, line 10, by replacing "license" with "licensee";
5 and

6 on page 44, line 12, after the period, by inserting "The
7 pari-mutuel tax credit under Section 32.1 shall not be applied
8 toward any pari-mutuel tax obligation of the inter-track
9 wagering location licensee of the license that is transferred
10 under this paragraph (14).".
