1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3366
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3366, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, by replacing line 23 on page 8 through line 1 on page 9 with
5 the following:
6 "aggregate Illinois corporate income taxes paid ~~imposed~~ under
7 Sections 601 and 803 ~~subsections (a) through (d) of Section 201~~
8 of the Illinois Income Tax Act during the calendar year for
9 which the retaliatory tax calculation is being made, less the
10 recapture of any Illinois corporate".
