AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1332, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1, on page 2, line 17, by inserting after "or" the following:

"depending on capacity of the existing and available recording system and other necessary accommodations"; and

on page 7, line 7, by inserting after "or" the following: "depending on capacity of the existing and available recording system and other necessary accommodations".
