AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1322

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1322 as follows:

on page 2, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with "conducted in conformance with the standards developed under the Sex Offender Management Board Act and by an evaluator licensed under the Sex Offender Evaluation and Treatment Provider Act."; and

on page 3, lines 20 and 21, by replacing "an evaluator approved by the Sex Offender Management Board" with "an evaluator licensed under the Sex Offender Evaluation and Treatment Provider Act".
