AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3230

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3230 on page 1, line 11, by replacing "a" with "the"; and

on page 1, line 16, by replacing "knowingly" with "knowingly:"; and

on page 1, by replacing lines 17 and 18 with the following:

"(1) brings a minor under 17 years of age who is in his or her care, custody, or control to the scene of a felonious act; or

(2) allows a minor under 17 years of age who is in his or her care, custody, or control to remain at the scene of a felonious act; and

(3) exposes the minor to a felonious act.".
