2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3816, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, line 16, after "year.", by inserting "No taxpayer
5 may claim a credit under this Section in more than one taxable
6 year."; and

7 on page 2, line 9, by replacing "reestablished on an annual
8 basis" with "established".
