AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3429

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3429 as follows:

on page 1, line 20, after the period, by inserting the following:

"The Board shall use existing reports and data from the Illinois Energy Efficiency Committee created by Executive Order 2009-07, the Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey, the Residential Energy Consumption Survey, and other available sources."; and

on page 1, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:

"to the General Assembly by July 1, 2012.".
