1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3084
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3084 on page 19, by
3 replacing line 18 with the following:
4 "parole, discharge, or release from any such facility. However,
5 this provision shall not be construed to revive the period of
6 registration of any person who was previously registered as a
7 sex offender and who successfully completed his or her period
8 of registration prior to the effective date of this amendatory
9 Act of the 96th General Assembly. A person".
