AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3029

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3029 on page 3, 
3
line 3, by replacing "or (4)" with "(4)"; and


 
4
on page 3, line 6, by inserting after "permit" the following:
5
"; or (5) the person committed the violation while he or she 
6
knew or should have known that the vehicle he or she was 
7
driving was not covered by a liability insurance policy".
