2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2814, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 41, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with the
5 following:
6 "(e) A majority of Board members constitutes a quorum. A
7 majority vote of the quorum is required for a decision.".
