| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Professional Engineering Practice Act of |

| 1989 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

| Sec. 2. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be |
