AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2581

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2581 on page 43, by

replacing lines 17 through 20 with the following:
4
    "(f) To require the Secretary Commissioner to furnish the 
5
Board space for
meetings to be held by the Board as well as to 
6
require the Secretary Commissioner
to provide such clerical and 
7
technical assistance as the Board may
