2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2580, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, line 20, immediately after "evaluation." by
5 inserting the following:
6 "(f) Nothing in this Section shall be construed to
7 supersede the duties of an owner as enumerated in Section 3.".
