1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2514
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2514, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, line 12, after "court.", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "If within 30 days after the court approves the withdrawal of
7 an attorney from representing a representative, a motion is
8 filed for an extension of time for the filing of a petition for
9 fees and costs, the court may grant additional time for the
10 filing of that petition.".
