1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2514
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2514 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Probate Act of 1975 is amended by changing
5 Section 27-2 as follows:

6     (755 ILCS 5/27-2)  (from Ch. 110 1/2, par. 27-2)
7     Sec. 27-2. Attorney's fees.)
8     (a)The attorney for a representative is entitled to
9 reasonable compensation for his services.
10     (b) An attorney who withdraws from representing a
11 representative must file a petition for fees and costs within
12 30 days after the withdrawal is approved by the court.

14     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
15 2010.".
