1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2505
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2505 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
5 Section 27-15 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 200/27-15)
7     Sec. 27-15. Governing body. The corporate authorities of
8 the ~~the~~municipality or county shall be the governing body of
9 the special service area.
