1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2218
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2218 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Addison Creek Restoration Commission Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 3901/1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)
8     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Addison Creek Restoration Commission Act.
