1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2026
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2026 by replacing
3 lines 24 through 26 on page 9 and lines 1 and 2 on page 10 with
4 the following:
5 "(o) The use of an eavesdropping camera or audio device
6 during an ongoing hostage or barricade situation by a law
7 enforcement officer or individual acting on behalf of a law
8 enforcement officer when the use of such device is necessary to
9 protect the safety of the general public, hostages, or law
10 enforcement officers or anyone acting on their behalf.".
