1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1929
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1929 by replacing
3 lines 22 and 23 on page 1 and lines 1 and 2 on page 2 with the
4 following:
5 "in multiple counties. Each person so appointed"; and

6 on page 2, line 9 by inserting "by the Governor" after
7 "guardian"; and

8 on page 3, line 13, by replacing "fees" with the following:
9 "fees. In counties having a population of 1,000,000 or less,
10 the public guardian shall do so".
