1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1732
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1732, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:

5     "Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 51 of the 96th
6 General Assembly, as enrolled, becomes law, then Senate Bill 51
7 of the 96th General Assembly is amended by changing Section
8 99-99 as follows:

9     (09600SB0051enr, Sec. 99-99)
10     Sec. 99-99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
11 1, 2010 ~~upon becoming law~~.
