1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1705
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1705, on page 1, by
3 replacing line 18, with the following:
4 "the Board, ~~at least once a year~~ by one or more licensed"; and

5 on page 4, line 12, by replacing "rate of 4% per annum" with
6 "actuarially assumed rate ~~of 4% per annum~~".
