2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1602, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 6, by replacing all of line 8 and line 9 before the
5 period with the following:

6 "(iii) for professional services such as auditing, accounting,
7 legal, architectural, information technology, or engineering
8 services".
