AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1401

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1401, on page 2,

line 18, by replacing "If" with "For a period of 60 days after

the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General

Assembly, if"; and

on page 2, line 25, after "members or", by inserting 
7
