1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1369
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1369, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, line 5, by replacing "outbreak" with the
5 following: "outbreak, nor shall it apply in the event of
6 unexpected absences discovered at the commencement of a shift
7 which could not be prudently planned for by the employer and
8 which would significantly affect safety or care".
