1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 229
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 229 on page 1, line
3 17, by changing "shall" to "may"; and

4 on page 3, immediately below line 15, by inserting the
5 following:

6 "Section 90. Repealer. This Act is repealed 5 years after
7 the effective date of this Act.".
