1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 77
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 77 by
3 replacing lines 7 through 13 with the following:

4     "RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
5 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
6 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district
7 waiver requests identified below by school district name and by
8 the identifying number and subject area of the waiver request
9 as summarized in the report filed by the State Board of
10 Education is disapproved:
11         (1) Lake Park CHSD 108 - DuPage, WM100-5157, Content of
12     evaluation plans;
13         (2) Hononegah CHSD 207 - Winnebago WM100-5206-2,
14     Content of evaluation plans; and
15         (3) Wheaton CUSD 200 - DuPage WM100-5187, Drivers'
16     Education, Behind-the-Wheel Instruction.".
