AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 55

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 55 on page 3, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the following: "have filed rules to create a demonstration project; and"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 5 and 6 with the following: "Aging - Comprehensive Care In Residential Settings - could allow dementia programs;"; and

on page 3, line 10, before "establish", by inserting "may"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 12 and 13 with the following: "builds off existing programs; and be"; and

on page 3, line 16, by replacing "permitted to participate" with "considered for participation"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 20 through 22 with the following:

"RESOLVED, That the program be designed to permit the State to access federal matching funds."; and

on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 4.
