    AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 50 on page

2, by replacing lines 12 through 15 with the following:

    "RESOLVED, That the Taskforce shall be chaired by a staff 
5
member from the Department of Human Services; the Department of 
6
Human Services shall provide staff support for the Taskforce; 
7
